You can ask us to delete your Flair account and the data linked to it at any time.

We send the confirmation link here, so it must be the address you signed up with.

Nothing is deleted when you submit this form. We email you a link, and the request only starts once you follow it.

What happens next

  • We email you a confirmation link. Nothing happens until you follow it, so nobody else can close your account for you.

  • Once confirmed, we delete your account and its data within 60 days.

  • Records we are required to keep by law — such as transaction records for tax and accounting — are retained for the period the law sets, and nothing more.

What gets deleted

Your profile and login details, your store and its products, your uploaded and generated media, and your customer and order records held in your store.
